A maximum of 6 guests are allowed in the condo, as per La Ventana del Mar regulations. If your party consists of more than 6 guests and you need additional condo units to rent in close proximity to Casa un dia Mas, please let us know by contacting us. We may be able to help you locate another condo(s) for rent.

There is a 2 night minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum on holidays. A $25 cleaning fee will be added to each confirmed stay.
Guests must use condo unit garage for all vehicles and equipment. Street and driveway parking is not allowed and is strictly enforced by La Ventana del Mar. There is limited additional parking by the pool, located next to the condo.

Keys to the condo are available to confirmed guests at the check-in office at El Dorado Ranch.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days notice
- 50% cancellation fee
- Under 30 days
- No refund
No refund if date of stay falls during any one of the following holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, the El Dorado Ranch Charity and Celebrity Golf Tournament, Shrimp Festival Weekend (typically first weekend in Nov), Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any of the Baja races (250, 500, or 1000).
Reservations can be made 1 year in advance.
